Your 30-minute London Eye 'flight' provides unrivalled views over London's eminent landmarks, including Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament, St Paul's Cathedral, Buckingham Palace, and Nelson's Column. On a clear day, you can even see as far as Windsor Castle—some 25 miles away.

  • Standard Flight:
    A 30-minute flight. Please arrive for boarding at least 40 minutes prior to your scheduled flight time.

  • Fast-Track Flight:
    Bathe in the luxury of a personal, fast-track service as you by-pass the queues and check-in just 15 minutes before your flight. Every guest receives a free souvenir guidebook and children over five years receive a complimentary London Eye duffle bag, complete with a mini guidebook and a pair of 'Eye spy' binoculars.

    Note:
    You must telephone in advance to confirm your reservation; failure to do so will mean your London Eye flight is not guaranteed. All capsules are shared with people outside of your party. The Fast-Track Flight is subject to availability. If you select the standard flight, please allow an additional 40 minutes for boarding. The London Eye has full disabled access both onto the Eye and in all facilities inside County Hall. Due to safety precautions, only two wheelchairs per capsule and up to eight wheelchairs per time slot are allowed. Wheelchair spaces can be pre-booked; wheelchair users are strongly advised to pre-book to avoid long waits. The London Eye will not accept any left luggage, other than prams, which will be thoroughly searched. Briefcases and laptops are not permitted in the capsules. Handbags and small day packs are permitted, but will be thoroughly searched. The London Eye is closed on Dec. 25, and during Jan. 2006. An extended timetable is operated during the summer months. London Eye tickets are non-changeable and non-refundable. Children under 5 years are admitted free.

After booking your activity—3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Take all vouchers with you.
3. Follow the instructions on your voucher; you must exchange one voucher per person.

How to exchange your voucher(s):
You must call the London Eye customer service at least 48 hours prior to the day you wish to take your flight to reserve the date and time. Please have your voucher to hand when calling as the voucher number is required by the London Eye representative. When you call, you will be given a reference number. You must write this number on your voucher and present both at the County Hall building, located next to the London Eye.
  • Standard Flight: Arrive at least 40 minutes prior to your flight time and check in at the Pre-Book Ticket Desk.
  • Fast-Track Flight: Arrive 15 minutes before your flight time and check in at the Private Capsule and Hospitality Check-In Desk.
