The beer isn’t the only thing aged to perfection at the Cascade Brewery. Tour through almost two centuries of history at the Australian heritage-listed gardens and grounds of Hobart’s famous brewery.

Stroll through three acres (1.2 hectares) of landscaped gardens dating back to 1824. With majestic mountains as a backdrop, the grounds at Cascade Brewery offer a beautiful setting for a 50-minute tour of this historic location. Listen as tales of the past lend flavor to one of Hobart’s most well-known sights. After your guided walk and visit to Woodstock Homestead, sit down in the garden to enjoy a refreshing spread of Devonshire tea, coffee, scones, jam, and cream.
