This tour/transfer combination takes you from Christchurch to Queenstown and through some of the beautiful sights in between. Pass through the pastoral farmland of the Canterbury Plains and the charming town of Geraldine—with a stop for exploration or morning tea (on your own). Visit the stunning, glacier-fed Lake Tekapo and the famous Church of the Good Shepherd, a New Zealand icon. You’ll journey into Mount Cook National Park and the alpine surroundings of Mount Cook Village. Try a buffet lunch at the Hermitage Hotel (own expense), or simply take in the beautiful views of New Zealand’s highest mountain—Mount Cook.

Before your departure for Queenstown, there’s time for an optional scenic flight (weather permitting) over this unique region.

Children under 4 participate for free but may not occupy their own seat. This is a one-way tour/transfer.

After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:

Exchange your voucher for activity:
Reservations are required. Please call Great Sights at least 7 days prior to your departure to reserve your desired tour date; the customer service numbers appear on your printed voucher(s). Pick-up service from select hotels can be arranged at this time. You may also meet the tour at the redemption location located on your voucher(s). Please arrive at redemption location at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. Upon pick-up, present your voucher(s) to the driver. If your Great Sights coach has not arrived within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, please call Great Sights immediately.
