Duration:
1-, 3-, and 5-day cards are available. The cards are activated on the first day of use and are valid on that day through the number of consecutive calendar days purchased.

Your Go Chicago Card™ is activated on the first day of use and is valid for that day through the number of consecutive calendar days purchased. Children 2 years and younger participate for free. Some attractions are seasonal or may require a minimum age for participation.

Tickets are valid once per attraction per day, but there is no limit on how many attractions you can visit in one day. You will not be able to pick up tickets to use on a future date; all attraction admissions and discounts on day tours must be used on the same day as you present your card. Because of the number of attractions available at any given time, no rain checks are offered on services that are weather dependent. Although you may redeem your voucher(s) at any time during your stay, your Go Chicago Card is only valid for the length you've booked (1-day, 3-day, or 5-day).

After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:
1. Print your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Follow the redemption instructions on your voucher; it is critical to do this before you depart.
3. Take all vouchers with you; you must redeem one voucher per person.

Exchange your voucher for activity:
Voucher(s) for the Go Chicago Card™ are redeemable at these three locations: Macy's, 111 N. State St., 7th Floor, Chicago, IL 60602 (Mon.-Sat., 10 AM to 6 PM; Sun., 11 AM to 6 PM); and The Shops at North Bridge, 520 N. Michigan Ave., Chicago, IL (Mon.-Sat., 10 AM to 8 PM; Sun., 11 AM to 6 PM). These locations may be closed on major U.S. holidays.
