Pick-up will take place approx. 30 minutes before the tour's scheduled departure time. How to exchange your voucher(s):
If you wish to arrange hotel pick-up, you must call Program Centrum at least 24 hours before your tour date to confirm your hotel location and pick-up time. If your hotel isn't serviced or if you don't wish to be collected, please bring your voucher(s) to Program Centrum's office and present them to the guide before the tour departs.
