Note:
There is no discounted Brussels Card available for children. However, children under the age of 12 can visit most museums for free. Children under the age of 6 also travel for free on public transport, if accompanied by a paying adult (maximum of four children per paying adult). However, buying a Brussels Card for children means you can avoid queues and travel easily.

Redemption Details

After booking your activities or services—3 easy steps
1. Print
your voucher; locate the voucher in your travel confirmation e-mail or in the My Trips/My Itineraries link on the site.
2. Take all vouchers with you.
3. Follow the instructions on your voucher; you must exchange one voucher per person.

How to exchange your voucher(s)
Upon arrival in Brussels, go to one of the following locations where your voucher(s) will be exchanged for a Brussels Card:

  • Grand Place (Open daily, 9 AM–6 PM)
  • Gare du Midi Station (Open daily, 9 AM–8 PM)
