This guided walking tour charts the grim history of Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp. As you walk around, your experienced guide helps you come to terms with the depth of human suffering witnessed here. Discover how Sachsenhausen fitted into the Nazi's network of camps and the pivotal role it played in the Holocaust. Please note: This tour is in English only.

As you walk through this former concentration camp, your experienced guide will explain how tens of thousands of innocent victims perished in conditions of licensed brutality. Built by slave labourers whilst the Nazi's hosted the 1936 Olympic Games, Sachsenhausen became the headquarters for the Inspectorate of Concentration Camps and was crucial to the Holocaust.
