Half-Day Tour of Athens

Athens is Greece's archaeological jewel and this half-day tour is an excellent introduction to the city's most famous highlights, including the Acropolis—a World Heritage Site.

Explore the modern and classical sights of Athens, starting with the Parliament House and the guarded Tomb of the Unknown Soldier at Constitution Square. Continue on to the Panathenian Stadium, home of the first modern Olympic Games in 1896. Before heading to the city's architectural wonder—the Acropolis—you'll stop at the Roman Temple of Olympian Zeus, an ancient shrine dedicated to the king of the gods. Your final stop takes you to the Acropolis. Here, the Parthenon, the Temple of Athena, and the Propylaea offer insight into the culture and pride of the ancient Greeks.
