Dolphin swim
Before you jump in the water, a dolphin specialist will give you a brief summary about dolphins, including their physiology and behaviors. Then, with an instructor beside you, you will be able to enter the water and spend time with the dolphins. Watch them play around you, jumping and doing tricks. If you’re lucky, you may even receive a kiss from one of the dolphins.

CiCi water park
The water park features exciting water slides, water toboggans, dolphin encounters, a seal show, a wave pool, and the Sky Coaster—a ride that will leave youngsters and grownups alike screaming with glee. The park’s wave pool, one of the main features of CiCi, is perfect for a refreshing swim.

Looking to get away from it all? CiCi has a hot air balloon that allows you to observe Acapulco from 50 meters up! The view of the bay, the hotels, and the city is amazing and not to be missed.

CiCi also houses Mundo Marino, an aquarium and fun center featuring indoor and outdoor marine exhibits, water slides, water sports, restaurants, and gift shops.

Please do not apply sun tan lotion prior to your swim session with the dolphins; the chemicals will irritate the dolphins’ skin.

After you book your activity, follow these 3 easy steps:

If you have not purchased ground transportation through Emark Acapulco, please call the customer service number (located on your voucher) and tell the Emark Acapulco representative the name of your hotel; an Emark Acapulco representative will contact you once you arrive in Acapulco to confirm your previously booked tour(s). Please remember to bring printed voucher(s) as they will serve as the admission ticket to your tour.
