If you have not purchased ground transportation through Grupo Emark Acapulco, please call the customer service number (located on your voucher) and tell the Grupo Emark Acapulco representative the name of your hotel; an ExpoAcapulco representative will contact you once you arrive in Acapulco to confirm your previously booked tour(s). If your hotel is not on the pick-up list, you will be directed to the closest hotel. Please remember to bring printed voucher(s) as they will serve as the admission ticket to your tour.
