Special Check-in Instructions
A valid form of identification, such as a passport, is required upon check-in.
Upon check-in, the hotel will obtain a pre-authroisation by credit card for the amount of accommodation, with an AUD50 per day security bond (to cover incidental charges). Release of this pre-authorisation is dependent on individual banks and take up to three weeks to process.
Credit card will be charged on 31 October, 2009 for all nights book for New Year's Eve.
Cancellations must be made at least 14 days prior to the arrival date and failure to do so will forfeit prepayment.
Early check-out will result in the loss of prepayment.
