The front desk is staffed from 7–11 AM daily, and then at various times throughout the afternoon, based on approximate arrival and departure times of pre-booked guests. At other times, the on-duty staff/caretaker can be contacted by phone (a phone contact number is displayed at the front counter).

The Domain open parkland is a scenic 1-km walk away. It features a jogging and walking track that runs for several km along the foreshore of Sydney Harbour, encompassing the Royal Botanic Gardens and concluding near the Sydney Opera House.

Driving directions from SYD: Rental cars are available online. From the airport, ask the rental-car attendant for a good map and clear directions to get to Dowling Street Woolloomooloo, off Cowper Wharf Road.
If travelling by car from Sydney Airport, follow the signs on South Dowling Street and then enter the Eastern Distributor Tunnel. Take the Kings Cross exit (on the left) to William Street. From there, the apartments are less than 1 km.
Please also note that tolls (to be paid in local currency) may apply, depending on the route taken.

Approximate train cost (subject to change without notice): A single one-way ticket costs AU$13–$15 per adult from the airport to Kings Cross Station (prices are subject to change without notice).
Schedules and directions (subject to change without notice): Train stations are located at both the international and domestic airport terminals, with trains operating every 10–15 minutes. The Airport/East Hills train line runs from the domestic and international airports to Town Hall Station. The trip takes just under 30 minutes. At Town Hall Station, change to the Eastern Suburbs Line and take a train to Kings Cross Station. The trip takes approximately 5 minutes. Guests can also choose to disembark at Central Station instead of Town Hall to change to a Kings Cross-bound train. Please note that the apartments are located approximately 500 metres from Kings Cross Station and that the walk is downhill. Guests wanting to walk from the station should keep their luggage to a minimum. Otherwise, it is easy to hail a taxi near the station.

Schedules and directions (subject to change without notice): Shuttle services to central Sydney operate regularly throughout the day and evening, approximately every 30 minutes. They can easily be arranged on arrival at both the domestic and international terminals. Guests should proceed to the Information Desk on the arrivals level and ask for assistance. The hotel can organise a shuttle-bus transfer from the hotel to the airport for a surcharge (guests must book at least one day in advance, or earlier, if possible).
