The Cook & Phillip Park Aquatic and Fitness Centre is less than one km from the hotel. Next to St Mary’s Cathedral on College Street, the centre offers an eight-lane, 50-metre indoor lap pool, a second indoor leisure pool with wave machine, and an indoor hydrotherapy pool. Upon check-in, guests are registered as temporary members of the NSW Leagues Club. Getting there: The easiest routes from the airport to the hotel are by car, taxi, train, or shuttle. Rental cars are available online (click the links below for instructions/details).

Driving directions from SYD: Rental cars are available online. Follow the signs on South Dowling Street to Central Business District/city. On approach to the city, along South Dowling Street, take the Eastern Distributor tunnel. Continue for approximately 1 km to the toll booths and then take the City North exit on the left (almost immediately after toll booths). Travel 0.5 km and turn left at the lights onto Macquarie St and then immediately get in the right lane to turn right at the lights onto Hunter Street. Turn left onto Elizabeth Street, then turn left onto King Street (less than 0.5 km). King Street immediately ends as it curves into Phillip Street; the hotel/NSW Leagues Club is 50 metres on the left. It is often difficult to park just outside the hotel as there is no exclusive pull-in space, but if possible it is best to unload in this general vicinity, proceed to the ground level reception, and then take car around the corner to the King Street parking station.
Please also note that tolls (to be paid in local currency) may apply, depending on the route taken.
