Conference/function room(s): Three meeting rooms on the ground floor include the Bass and Flinders rooms which can be combined to create space for up to 110 guests. Instructions: Taxi stands are located outside the airport Arrivals hall, at allocated taxi pick-up areas. Travellers should instruct the driver to proceed to Marsh Road off Airport Drive, and then turn right onto Wickham Road, which crosses the Pacific Highway and becomes Forest Road. The driver should then travel across the Bexley Road/Harrow Road intersection and take the right turn into Stoney Creek Road, which travels for approximately 2 km to a right turn at King Georges Road. The road becomes Wiley Avenue then leads into Roberts Road. The driver should turn left at Juno Parade, which leads into Boronia Road, and then left on to Liverpool Road (Hume Highway). A right turn at the traffic lights on Chapel Street will bring the taxi to the hotel on the left.

Banksia Restaurant and Bar - Buffet breakfast includes hot and cold dishes, cereals, fruits, tea, and coffee. Dinner menu has à la carte selection. Cuisine is contemporary, with such dishes as Tempura Flathead Fillets, and Beef Bourguignonne topped with Flaky Pastry. Setting is modern and informal. Seating for 80 guests inside, and a further 50 guests outside, in the interior atrium-style courtyard. Open for breakfast and dinner only.
