This condo-style complex has 50 guest units in several two-story buildings. Units are individually decorated and amenities vary slightly. All units provide fully equipped kitchens with cookware, microwaves, and refrigerators. Additional amenities include living rooms with VCRs and CD-player stereos. All units are non-smoking.

The main condo office in downtown Ketchum can provide business and concierge services, luggage hold, and safe-deposit boxes. The complex provides complimentary airport transportation. The KART public transportation system offers complimentary service to all neighborhoods within Sun Valley, including Bald Mountain, Sun Valley Resort, and downtown Ketchum.
