Special Check-in Instructions
Guests must pick up their arrival package with keys and lodging information at ResortQuest Sun Valley offices, located in Ketchum at 200 West River Street, Suite 101. The check-in office is open 8 AM-7 PM, with extended hours during peak seasons.
Guests arriving outside of these hours can pick up their information at a late arrival security box, located on the rear corner of the office on Second Avenue. Please contact the hotel prior to arrival to receive security box-opening instructions.
Rooms
The resort offers two-bedroom condominiums with lofts in one-, two-, and three-story buildings. Condos have mountain views; some also overlook the nearby Elkhorn Golf Course. Condos with golf-course views have patios or balconies. Decor varies, but all units include full kitchens with refrigerators, microwaves, stoves (with ovens), dishwashers, coffeemakers, blenders, cookware, and dishes. Living, dining, and sleeping areas are separate. All units have fireplaces and cable TV with VCRs. Other amenities may include washers, dryers, and stereo CD players. |

Recreation
The resort provides a seasonal outdoor pool with a sundeck and spa tub. Guests have discounted access to Zenergy, a fitness facility a half-mile away. The swimming pools and additional recreational facilities of Elkhorn Village and Harker Center are 1.5 miles from the resort.
Sun Valley Resort, one mile away, allows public use of its golf course and tennis courts. Bicycling and walking paths are near the resort. Skiing is one mile away; a bunny slope is less than a half-mile away. Area recreation also includes snowshoeing, snowboarding, boating, fishing, hiking, whitewater rafting, and kayaking.

Policies
The resort requires a three-night minimum stay. After-hours check-in: A lock box is located outside the office. The staff will leave a check-in packet inside the lock box, but guests must contact the office prior to arrival in order to obtain the code and instructions for using the lock box.

Rollaway beds and cribs (infant beds) may be available and should be requested at the time of booking; fees may apply.
Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are required at check-in for incidental charges.
