Guests must check in at Great Western Lodging's check-in office, located at 322 B N. Main St, Breckenridge, CO 80424. Guests arriving after office hours should contact management (prior to arrival) using the number on the reservation confirmation received after booking via this Web site.
Rooms
The condominium buildings at Sawmill Creek are four stories with exterior corridors. Units are individually decorated, with full kitchens, separate living areas with sleeper sofas, private patios or balconies, gas fireplaces, and windows that open. Complimentary high speed cable Internet access (Ethernet connection) is included. All units have entertainment centers with stereos and cable TVs with VCRs and/or DVD players; many have washers and dryers. |

Recreation
The condos are a 3-block shuttle ride from the Breckenridge resort’s Snowflake chairlift, and are ski-in from the Four O’ Clock run.
In summer months many of the ski area’s trails are open to hikers and mountain bikers, and there is an extensive system of trails throughout Summit County. Bike rentals are available at several locations in town. The Breckenridge Recreation Center, one mile north and open year round, has tennis, racquetball, gymnastics, personal training, a climbing wall, fitness equipment, volleyball, and a lap and leisure pool, as well as a skate park, basketball courts, and ball fields open in warm weather. Breckenridge has a local golf course, and there are several courses at the nearby Keystone resort.

Come to the property management office at 322 B N. Main St. in Breckenridge to pick up keys and maps. There is parking behind the building. A signed credit card imprint (Visa or MasterCard only) is required upon check-in for security reasons. Office hours during the ski season are 8 AM to 7 PM daily. Summer season hours are 8 AM to 5 PM Monday–Saturday, and Sundays during peak periods.
An advance deposit equal to the first two nights of lodging (or 10% of the gross rent if a long-term booking) is due at time of booking to guarantee reservations, of which $100 is non-refundable. Final payment is automatically charged to the credit card on file 45 days prior to arrival (30 days prior if a non–ski season booking, 60 days prior if a holiday booking). For reservations made within 45 days of your arrival date (within 30 days for non–ski season bookings or within 60 days for holiday booking), full payment is required at time of booking.
If you cancel your reservation more than 45 days (30 days for a non–ski season booking) prior to your expected arrival date, an amount equal to your advance payment less a $100 cancellation fee will be refunded. The total amount of your advance payment will be retained if you cancel within 45 days (30 if non–ski season) of your arrival.
For all holiday bookings (any reservation arriving 12/22–1/4/03), if you cancel your reservation more than 60 days prior to your expected arrival date, an amount equal to your advance payment less a $100 cancellation fee will be refunded. The total amount of your advance payment will be retained if you cancel within 60 days of your arrival.
Prior to guest arrival the property is thoroughly cleaned and supplied with fresh linens, towels, soaps, paper products, etc. Laundry detergent is not provided. Rates do not include maid service; however, maid service may be arranged prior to or upon check-in, based on availability, for an extra charge.
