EagleRidge Lodge & Townhomes is situated at the base of the Steamboat ski area, 23 miles from the Steamboat/Hayden airport. Complimentary amenities include shuttle service to the gondola, grocery store, and downtown areas, and on-site ski storage. Guests receive a complimentary bottle of wine and souvenir wine tin upon arrival. Additionally, EagleRidge provides a fitness center with cardiovascular equipment and steam room. Just outside the fitness center is a landscaped patio with outdoor heated swimming pool and spa tub that guests can enjoy year-round. The Bear River Day Spa is on site.

During the winter, guests can meet in the Clubhouse for complimentary morning coffee and donuts. The Clubhouse also offers use of a computer and complimentary high-speed Internet access. Parking is complimentary.
