Russian Visa Information:
Hotels may be able to help guests to obtain their Russian Federation entry visa. Guests who would like to find out more about this service should contact the Customer Support Centre, who will help them contact their hotel. The fee for this service varies depending on hotel policy, and customers should contact their hotel for details.
In some cases the visa assistance fee is redeemed against guests’ stay at the hotel. If guests cancel their reservation after receiving visa assistance then the hotel can retain the price of the first night’s accommodation, in addition to their standard cancellation charges.
Immigration registration:
All guests with citizenship other than Russian are required to be registered with local immigration authorities. The hotel is able to complete this procedure for a registration service fee of 200 RUR.
