The fee for this service varies depending on hotel policy, and customers should contact their hotel for details.
In some cases the visa assistance fee is redeemed against guests’ stay at the hotel. If guests cancel their reservation after receiving visa assistance then the hotel can retain the price of the first night’s accommodation, in addition to their standard cancellation charges.
