All guests should please note that the apartments are located at different addresses across St Petersburg, and no location can be guaranteed before arrival. On arrival in St Petersburg, guests should first go to the central office next to Moscowskaya metro station where they will be given directions and keys to their apartment.
The central office opening hours are between 9 AM and 8 PM. Guests planning to arrive outside of these hours should contact the hotel prior to arrival. Contact details for the central office will appear on the booking confirmation.
