Las Brisas Condominiums offers three-bedroom units with one queen bed, two full beds, and two twin beds. Some have sofa sleepers. All include balconies, washer/dryers, cable TV with VCR, and two bathrooms. Full kitchens include microwaves, refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers, cookware, dishes, and utensils.

All units are nonsmoking.
