Special Check-in Instructions

Check-in time is 4 p.m. Late-arriving guests must call the property at least 48 hours prior to arrival to receive special check-in instructions. The property's telephone number is on the confirmation notice received after booking on this Web site.

Guests must check in at one of two property offices.

Guests staying at the Ram Sea, Emerald Isle, Sea Oats, Angler's Cove, and Sea Breeze must check in at 17200 Gulf Blvd., N. Redington Beach, FL.

Guests staying at the Sand Dollar, Hamilton House, Beach Cottages, and Beach Palms must check in at 18500 Gulf Blvd., Indian Shores, FL.

Rooms

JC Resort Condominiums are individually owned, so amenities and decor vary. All have fully equipped kitchens and balconies with Gulf of Mexico views. Some units may have complimentary amenities, such as high-speed Internet access, newspapers, and local calls. Some units have in-room safes (surcharge)

The JC Resort Condominiums are a group of nine properties in the oceanfront communities of Indian Shores, Indian Rocks, Redington, and Madeira beaches. One large attraction-John's Pass Village & Boardwalk-is near this group of vacation rentals.

All condominium buildings feature heated, outdoor swimming pools. Amenities vary per property and may include volleyball and tennis courts, spa tubs, barbecue grills, and laundry facilities. Guest parking at all complexes is complimentary.

JC Resort Condominiums charges the following fees and deposits upon service, check-in, or check-out.

• Departure fee (Two-bedroom unit): $100 per stay

• Departure fee (Three-bedroom unit): $110 per stay

• In-room safe usage (Some units): $1 per day.
