Princess Heights Luxury Boutique Condo Hotel offers studio, one-, and two-bedroom guest suites in a six-story, sand-colored, Mediterranean-style building with red-tile roofs set into a steep, rocky, flower-garden hillside.

Balustraded balconies feature panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean, and, on clear days, St. Barths can be seen near the horizon. This three-tower St. Maarten building doesn't contain elevators, but upper and lower parking lots ensure all suites are accessible via no more than two flights of stairs.

Suites feature fully equipped kitchens with granite breakfast bars. Ice-maker refrigerators come stocked with complimentary bottled water, beer, and soft drinks on guests' arrival, but are not restocked.
