The chef places emphasis on fresh seafood featuring both French and Creole cuisine, and guests can choose their own lobsters from the live tank. While savoring meals, guests can admire the native marine life through the glass floor, watch the swimmers in the "people aquarium," or enjoy the views of the ocean and marina. Entertainment is featured most nights.
