This hotel offers 33 cottages facing the Caribbean Sea. Cottages—individual or duplexes—are designed in West Indian style and have verandas, hammocks for two, outdoor garden showers, four-poster beds, air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Amenities include a complimentary bottle of water (first one is free; surcharges for each thereafter), direct-dial phones, and in-room safes (strong boxes on closet floors). All cottages have clock radios, coffee/tea makers, and refrigerators. Minibar selections are available via request; guests simply fill out the order forms and refrigerators are stocked accordingly.

TVs are not set up in the rooms, but are available for rent as are DVD players and VCRs.

Ti Kaye Village offers a small fitness center equipped with stairclimber, stationary bike, and Universal weights. There is also an outdoor swimming pool. Down at the beach, use of kayaks is complimentary, and a dive center offers snorkeling and scuba rentals.

Ti Kaye Resort welcomes children 12 years and older. Children younger than 12 are not permitted due to cliff setting).

A rollaway bed can be added to rooms for children aged 12 to 15 at no extra charge.
