Lunch choices such as salads, sandwiches, burgers, pork chops, garlic shrimp, chicken, fish, steaks, and shrimp and seafood brochettes. Dinner choices such as pork with ginger and cloves, grilled portobello with goat cheese and Indian-spiced eggplant, lobster en papillote with coriander vinaigrette, lobster and shrimp in coconut-curry sauce. Live music two nights weekly at poolside bandstand. Five-course fixed-menu dinner, including wines, at poolside tables on Wednesdays.
