Dining

Captain Oliver's open-air restaurant is situated over Dutch waters. The chef places emphasis on fresh seafood featuring both French and Creole cuisine, and guests can choose their own lobsters from the live tank. While savoring meals, guests can admire the native marine life through the glass floor, watch the swimmers in the "people aquarium," or enjoy the views of the ocean and marina. Entertainment is featured most nights.

Dinghy Dock – Snacks for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Bounty – The on-site mini-mart stocks snacks and convenience food. Open all day.

Iguana Bar - The hotel's lounge overlooks the island of St Barts, and is open from 3 PM to midnight for beer, wine, and cocktails.
