Singapore Changi Airport (SIN): Approximate travel time is 30 minutes and distance is 20 kilometres (13 miles).

Getting there: For point-to-point travel, taxis provide the best way of getting to the hotel. Taxis are readily available from Terminals 1 and 2 at the airport. The MRT (Mass Rapid Transit) train system located in Terminal 1 is an affordable and convenient option for solo travellers. The Royal Plaza on Scotts can also arrange for private limousine transportation. Rental cars are not recommended for travellers unfamiliar with this area. Car rentals are available online.

Train schedules and directions (subject to change without notice): The first train departs Changi Airport Station at 5.30 AM, and the last train departs at midnight. From Changi Airport Station (CG2) take the train bound for Tanah Merah (EW4) interchange station. Then, transfer to the East West Line heading towards the City Hall (EW13) interchange station. There, transfer to the North South Line and get off at Orchard Station (NS22). From Orchard station, take the underpass and exit at Shaw Centre. The hotel is 300 metres (328 yards) from there.
