Body stretching is followed by the application of Tui Na techniques on tight muscles to relax the body and improve circulation.

Pure Reflexology (60 minutes): CNY78 (US$10)
Following the principle that internal organs are connected to certain areas of the feet, the massage uses pressure and deep strokes to improve the circulation and put the spring back in your feet.

Bliss-out Back Massage (30 minutes): CNY58 (US$8)
Aimed at busy executives who need tight muscles and knots released in areas of the neck, shoulders, and upper back, this treatment results in improved circulation and a sense of rejuvenation.

Foot Callus Removal (20 minutes): CNY38 (US$5)
Similar to a pedicure, but with the focus on removing tough, hardened calluses from the feet.

Traditional Chinese methods are used to clear the ear canal of built-up wax deposits. The treatment may help improve hearing, tinnitus conditions, and discomfort in the ears.

Rooms

The guestrooms of the Tong Mao Hotel are decorated either in Chinese, modern Western, or classical Western style. The Superior and Deluxe Rooms, with modern Western décor, are furnished with dark-wood furniture and upholstered, earth-toned armchairs. The Executive Rooms and Suites have classical Western décor with hand-carved wooden beds and cabinets, and fabrics in earth tones. The marbled bathrooms have showers equipped with water massage panels, to soothe tired, aching muscles. All guestrooms are equipped with wireless and high-speed Internet access; satellite TVs with premium channels, including CNN, BBC, and HBO; and direct-dial phones with voicemail.
