Situated on the Regent’s 26th floor, the Guerlain Spa is located within a state-of-the-art fitness facility. The spa offers a range of well-being and beauty therapies in addition to lifestyle coaching and partial- to full-day treatments.
Each guest is given a self-assessment to ensure treatments are customised to each individual’s unique needs. The Guerlain Spa utilises the latest skincare technologies accompanied by a long-developed mastery and understanding of skincare to provide an experience that is a marriage of innovation and indulgence.
Intensive Body Therapy (120 minutes): CNY1,540 (US$204)
Divine body decadence that aims to excite the most avid spa enthusiast. This treatment includes body transformation from head to toe with Guerlain’s speciality mask and skincare concentrate massage. Coupled with an invigorating Vichy shower body polish, this therapy promises to leave you skin feeling toned, soft, and replenished.

A Guerlain signature treatment. A warm towel compress envelopes the client as they are pampered with aromatherapy oils to assist in de-stressing the senses and body.

This treatment arouses the five senses with state-of-the-art hydrotherapy baths equipped with sequentially controlled air jets to massage the entire body; the ideal compliment to any massage therapy.

The Regent Shanghai hotel’s 511 rooms and suites are contemporary in décor. Glass and copper fittings complement natural materials such as silk, leather, and wood. All rooms have 42 inch Plasma TVs. Recreation
The Spa Chakra Fitness health club has modern cardiovascular equipment. The health club includes a large indoor infinity-edged swimming pool with a sunroof which over-looks Shanghai. Hot and plunge pools, and aerobics and yoga classes are available. Professional trainers are available to assist guests to personalize their individual fitness programs.
Two outdoor tennis courts are also available on site. Coaching and playing partners can be arranged by appointment.
