The Shanghai Pacific Hotel’s 183 guestrooms are spread across 10 floors. Each guestroom type has a specific style of Italian décor. Guestrooms located on floors 3–6 are carpeted, while guestrooms from the 7th floor upwards have solid wood floors. Wood furniture is made from redwood or zelkova wood. Amenities include direct-dial phones with voice mail and satellite TVs with premium channels, including CNN, BBC, ESPN, and HBO. All guestrooms have windows that can be opened.

The Helen Huang Spa on the lobby level offers a sauna, spa tub, and massage facilities. Guests also have access to the fitness center, which has treadmills, strength-training machines, and free weights.

The 10-story Shanghai Pacific Hotel occupies an historical building distinguished by its Italian Renaissance architecture and décor. A granite staircase leads into the reception hall, where Italian marble pillars complement the Italian Renaissance wallpaper and pre-cast ceilings. Facilities include an on site-bank, a business center, as well as two restaurants and a bar. A karaoke room and a spa with sauna, spa tub, and massage facilities are located on the lobby level, while a hairdressing and beauty salon is located on the 1st floor. Pudong International Airport (PVG) Approximate travel time is 60 minutes and distance is 45 kilometers (28 miles).

Hongqiao Airport (SHA) Approximate travel time is 25 minutes and distance is 16 kilometers (10 miles).

Instructions: Taxis are located outside the airport Arrivals terminals. Guests should instruct the driver to proceed to 108 West Nanjing Road. If the driver does not understand English, guests should say, in simplified Chinese (Pinyin): Jin Men Da Jiu Dian (Pacific Hotel), Nanjing Xi Lu, Yi Bai Ling Wu Hao (108 West Nanjing Road). Alternatively, guests could show the driver the address given in Chinese on the booking confirmation.

Pacific Bar - Located on the lobby level, this lounge has Italian Renaissance décor and floor-to-ceiling windows with views of the People’s Park, Nanjing Road, and famous landmarks. Furnished with leather-upholstered lounge chairs and sofas. A variety of cocktails and beverages served. Open from late morning till late evening. Rome Hall - Serving Fujian, Chaozhou, and Cantonese cuisine in a south Mediterranean-style setting. Open 24 hours.

Sicily Hall - French cuisine and business lunches can be enjoyed with a view of Nanjing Road and People’s Park. Open from late morning till early evening.
