This spa’s straightforward list of services reflects both its simplicity and its focus on the reparation of guests through restorative massage and body treatments.

Traditional Chinese Massage (60 or 90 minutes):
Beginning the stretching the entire body, the massage therapist uses Tui Na movements on the back, legs, shoulders, and arms. The restorative nature of this massage will not only relax, but reenergise and help guests regain a sense of equilibrium.

Hong Kong-Type Finger-Pressing Massage (60 or 90 minutes):
This technique mainly uses the thumb to press on the abdomen, the feet to stop on the back, and the hands to work in oil. This type of massage is particularly well-suited to those whose back and neck muscles are stiff as this massage suppresses lactic acid in the muscle fibres, dispels pain, and increases elasticity.

Bliss-Out Back Massage (30 minutes):
When time is of the essence, a quick massage on the stress areas like the back, neck, and shoulders will iron out the knots and leave guests feeling rejuvenated. This is the perfect lunch-hour pampering for the desk-bound professional.

Thai Massage (120 minutes):
Traditional Thai massage has its own theory about the pressing and spreading of “meridians” (passages through which vital energy circulates) and “acupoints.” The masseuse will use the hands, elbows, and lower legs to massage the “acupoints” and to press and spread the muscles and joints making the body and mind balanced as well as keeping blood circulation, respiratory system, nervous system, digestive system all normal and healthy.

Pure Reflexology (60 minutes):
This massage works on the principle that bodily organs are connected to reflex points on the feet. It is an excellent way to invigorate tired feet by combining acupressure and deep strokes to put a spring back in the step.
