Business centre: This facility, known also as the Executive Lounge, is available only to guests staying on the Executive Floors. The centre provides two workstations with computers and high-speed Internet access. Faxing, copying, typing and printing facilities are also available, and a meeting room can seat up to 16 people. An IT technician is on site to help guests with computer-related issues.

Internet access: High-speed Internet access in the public areas, conference rooms, and banquet room are charged at CNY5 (US$0.65) per 10 minutes. In the Executive Lounge/business centre, complimentary high-speed and wireless Internet access is available for guests staying on the Executive floors. Pudong International Airport (PVG): Approximate travel time is 60 minutes and distance is 70 kilometres (44 miles).

Hongqiao Airport (SHA): Approximate travel time is 30 minutes and distance is 15 kilometres (9 miles).

Getting there: Travellers are advised to use local taxis or to arrange airport transportation with the hotel. Contact details will be included in the reservation confirmation for bookings via this Web site. Rental cars are not recommended for travellers unfamiliar with this area. Instructions: Taxi stands are located outside the airport Arrivals terminals. Travellers should instruct the driver to proceed to 178 Taixing Road. If the driver does not understand English, travellers should show their booking confirmation, which contains the hotel’s name and address Chinese.
