This complex consists of several two-story buildings with one-bedroom and studio-style condo units. All units at Sedona Summit Resort have balconies or patios, pull-out sofa sleepers, dining tables with chairs, cable TV with HBO, and VCRs or DVD players. One-bedroom units have full kitchens with dishwashers; studios have mini-kitchens with microwaves, refrigerators, and coffeemakers. One-bedroom units also include fireplaces, jetted tubs, and washer/dryers.
One mid-stay cleaning is provided for stays of four nights or more.

One of Sedona Summit Resort's on-site outdoor pools and one spa tub have been designated adults-only; the remaining two pools and three spa tubs are for families.
Two guest-use computer workstations in the lobby offer complimentary wireless Internet access. Business services are available from the 24-hour front desk, and the concierge can book excursions and activities in the surrounding area.
