Hotel Information: Condado Plaza Hotel & Casino comprises two 10-story towers flanking the Condado district's main street and linked by a second-story covered walkway. One tower overlooks the Atlantic Ocean; the other overlooks Condado Lagoon. The resort hosts passengers arriving or departing from San Juan's cruise-ship piers 3.5 km (2.25 mi) away and families attracted by the pool complex with waterslide and the calm-water beach.
Amenity highlights: A freeform pool features a waterslide and swim-up bar. Adjacent is a freeform children's pool. A saltwater "quiet" pool and two spa tubs are isolated along the oceanfront. Insider tip: Suspended above Condado Lagoon between the resort’s two tennis courts, a little-noticed octagonal gazebo offers views of the tranquil lagoon during the day and city lights reflected by the lagoon at night.

Recreation
A 31-m (100-ft) freeform pool has water spouts at one end, an 18.25-m (60-ft) waterslide and volleyball net at the other end, and a swim-up bar in the middle. A freeform children’s pool is adjacent. An 18-m (60-ft) saltwater pool and a large spa tub provide quiet retreats along the oceanfront.

While the resort's ocean frontage is rocky and unsuitable for swimming, a 68-m (75-yd) beach on the west side of the Ocean Tower is gently lapped by a channel forming the beginning of Condado Lagoon. A reef shelters the lagoon from ocean swells.
Thickly cushioned lounge chairs are arrayed along the oceanfront, on sunbathing terraces and lawns, and around the pools. Hammocks are strung along the oceanfront.
Guests can rent snorkeling gear beside the Ocean Tower pool. Kayaks and pedal boats for exploring the lagoon can be rented at the Lagoon Tower. Two lighted tennis courts are available for a surcharge.
