Hotel Information: Inspired by Art Deco boutique hotels in Miami's South Beach, the San Juan Water and Beach Club Hotel attracts couples with its sleek design elements such as waterfall walls in the lobby, hallways, and elevators, and an unabashed romantic ambience. The small, limestone-floor lobby sets the tone with frosted glass, a violet-lighted ceiling, two-story white sheer curtains, and an acrylic waterfall wall. Chrome-door elevators offer clear-ceilinged views of mechanical workings illuminated by blue fluorescent lights.
Amenity highlights: On the roof are a bar/lounge/sushi bar named Wet and a 20-by-10-foot rooftop pool. Adjacent to the pool are lounge chairs and a white-vinyl lounging bed measuring 12 by 10 feet. The rooftop provides panoramic ocean and city views. Isla Verde beach, a two-mile stretch of light-golden sand washed by gentle Atlantic Ocean surf, lies across the dead end of a short, low-traffic street in front of the hotel. With its numerous, oversized, white-vinyl lounging beds, candlelight, and intimate seating, the rooftop bar, Wet, becomes the hotel's romantic destination after dark.

Guests checking in on certain dates are required to stay a minimum number of nights, as follows:
December 27: 5-night minimum stay
December 28: 4-night minimum stay
December 29: 3-night minimum stay
December 30: 2-night minimum stay
Listed room rates apply to a maximum number of guests for each room category. A fee applies for each extra guest age 16 and older. There are no extra-guest charges for children age 15 and younger.

Tangerine - Intimate, air-conditioned dining room with chairs, walls, and light fixtures covered in white fabric. Also, open-air balcony seating with tile floor showing photographs of tangerines. Seasonal menu of selections such as braised short ribs with honey-hoisin sauce, cassia-smoked chicken breast with coconut-Chinese-barbecue sauce, roasted salmon with Boursin and caramelized green onion purée. Dinner only. Closed Sunday, Monday.
Wet - Rooftop bar/lounge/sushi bar. Seating under white canopies in areas decorated with slate floors, warm woods, white sheer curtains. Roofless lounging area with enormous white-vinyl beds. Candlelight after dark. Lunch menu of sandwiches, salads, burgers, wraps. Sushi and Liquid's appetizer menu at night.
