Hotel Miramar overlooks Condado Lagoon, one block north, where kayaks, rowboats, and windsurfers can be rented, and snorkeling is available. It’s a short walk along a busy roadway to a small section of Condado Beach, where swimmers are protected by an artificial reef. Buses run to the white sand beaches of both Ocean Park and Isla Verde, five miles away. A marina is 0.25 mile west of the hotel, where deep-sea fishing excursions or cruises can be arranged.
