Augusto's - Austria-born chef/owner Augusto Schreiner creates classic European cuisine at this white-linen restaurant. Appetizers include foie-gras terrine with poached pears, warm lobster salad, grilled goat-cheese tart, and seared tuna on seaweed salad. Main courses include salmon in potato crust, shrimp and lobster ravioli, venison medallions with porcini-flavored polenta, and duck with five-spice honey glaze. Desserts include a signature chocolate soufflé with Grand Marnier sauce. Open for lunch and dinner Tuesday-Saturday.
