Located in two wings, the Hotel Kabuki's 218 guestrooms are decorated with Japanese furnishings and artworks. Rooms overlook the hotel's interior courtyard or the surrounding streets. Some rooms have private or shared balconies.
Western-style beds have dark-wood headboards. The carpeting is printed with a traditional tatami-mat pattern. Some rooms have separate tubs and showers; others have American-style shower/tub combinations. Many feature extra-deep Japanese soaking tubs. Japanese Suites include redwood saunas and furos, which are traditional Japanese bathrooms with deep tubs and separate toilet areas.
In place of Western-style blackout drapes, the windows are covered by shoji panels and sliding rice-paper screens. Complimentary high-speed Internet access is available, and all rooms have complimentary wireless Internet access.
Amenities include Aveda toiletries, in-room honor bars, and laptop-compatible safes. Rooms have large desks with ergonomic chairs, as well as iPod/MP3 docking stations. 26-inch flat-panel TVs feature premium cable which offers both high-definition and standard channels.
