Getting around: Cable cars stop a block from the Grand Hyatt, at the other side of Union Square. The route terminates at Fisherman's Wharf, with plenty of interesting points of interest along the way. Muni buses stop a half-block from the hotel. The historic F-line streetcars, 3 blocks from the hotel, are ideal for trips to the Ferry Building Marketplace. A cable-car ride costs $5, while buses and streetcars are $1.50.
