Hotel Information: The smart white Carrara marble lobby welcomes guests to this well-equipped, modern hotel whose rooms have been refurbished to a very high standard. It is busy throughout the year with business travelers and Scandinavian, German and British tourists.

The Hotel Gambrinus, Rome, has 57 spacious guestrooms all of which are accessible by lift. Rooms are spread across four floors, two of which are non-smoking. Amenities include irons, faxes, clock radios, high speed internet access (fee) and view bill functionality. Parquet flooring, matching desks, silk-upholstered chairs and headboards in dark or light woods. Rooms come in one of four color schemes: green/cream, red/gold, green/gold and cream/yellow, depending on the floor. Tall windows, fabric covering instead of wallpaper and maroon leather armchairs or sofabeds feature in every room. Some have views over the Villa Bonaparte’s gardens next door.
