The rooftop terrace bar offers views of the ancient Roman ruins of the Baths of Diocletian, St Peter’s Basilica and the Vatican.
Insider tip: The Baths of Diocletian is the ancient world’s largest spa complex, covering over 13 hectares. Much like a full-service spa today, the Baths had dressing rooms, gyms, libraries, and conference rooms. It was surrounded by a garden and housed a stadium where athletic events were held. The Baths remained open from 306 until 537 when the Visigoths invaded Rome and closed the aqueducts.
