On arrival day, room keys can only be collected after 3 PM. Please notify the residence directly if you will be arriving after the reception is closed. No breakfast on Sundays and bank holidays.

Appart’City Rennes Saint Gregoire features 124 apartments, all of which include fully equipped kitchenettes and living areas with office spaces. Apartments will be cleaned only at the end of guest stays for reservations of less than seven days. Apartments will be cleaned once weekly for all reservations of seven to 30 days, or every 15 days.
