With Couples' Secret Rendezvous, guests will not know at which Couples Resort in Jamaica they will be staying until a week before scheduled arrival. Accommodations will be at one of these resorts:

• Couples San Souci
• Couples Ocho Rios
• Couples Swept Away
• Couples Negril

  Room types vary depending on availability. All rooms are available only on an All-Inclusive rate plan.

When booking this property, guests may be assigned to any one of four different hotels in Ocho Rios or Negril: Couples San Souci, Couples Ocho Rios, Couples Swept Away, or Couples Negril.

Guests will be contacted directly by phone, e-mail, or fax to let them know at which specific property they will be staying. This contact will be made seven days prior to arrival.

Requests for specific properties will not be accepted; guests will be assigned to properties per the hotel's sole discretion.

Guests are advised to fly into Sangster/Montego Bay Airport. The resort provides complimentary airport transfers. Airport greeters direct arriving guests to the Couples Greeting Desk outside the baggage claim area, where clerks arrange van transport to the assigned resort.

Seven days prior to arrival, guests will be notified directly by phone, e-mail, or fax and told at which specific property they will be staying. Requests for specific properties will not be accepted; guests will be assigned to properties per the hotel's sole discretion.
Couples Resorts reserves the right to switch Secret Rendezvous resort assignments within seven (7) days prior to arrival.

A three-night minimum stay is required.
Secret Rendezvous may not be combined with any other discount or promotion. Repeat guest and free wedding ceremony benefits are not available on Secret Rendezvous bookings.

All no-shows will result in full forfeiture of reservation (no refunds).
Cancellations received within seven (7) days of departure will result in full forfeiture (no refunds for all other dates).
Photo identification and credit card or cash deposit are required upon check-in for incidental charges. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in.

At time of booking, guests must provide flight arrival and departure times.

Know Before You Go

Guests should present a copy of their booking confirmation from this website to the agent at the Couples counter at the Sangster Airport. The agent can then inform guests of which resort they have been assigned to.
