Riu Bambu All Inclusive offers 560 guestrooms. Bathrooms include shower/tub combinations, bathrobes, and hair dryers. Complimentary bottled water is provided in room. Guestrooms provide minibars. The Riu Bambu has four lighted tennis courts and a basketball court on site. Numerous water sports, including windsurfing, water polo, kayaking, sailing, and use of catamarans and body boards, are included in the room rate.

Guests may book tee times at the 18-hole White Sands Golf Course, 2 km (0.5 mi) from the resort, through an off-site tour company (surcharge).

Riu Bambu guests receive exchange privileges for lunches, snacks, and drinks at seven bars and six restaurants at two partner hotels (Riu Naiboa and Riu Taino) surrounding the Riu Bambu; dinner restaurants are not included in the exchange privilege.
