Each three-bedroom townhome has at least 2,678 square feet of living space and a balcony with views of the fairway, mountain, or gardens. Accommodations at the Villages at Mauna Lani are outfitted in Tommy Bahama decor and furnishings, hardwood floors, and full kitchens with granite countertops. Separate living areas contain a sofa bed and TV with VCR and DVD player.

Recreation

On-site amenities include a lagoon-style pool, spa tub, and pavilion with an aerobics studio and exercise equipment. Guests also have access to the Fitness Center at Mauna Lani, which offers a 25-meter lap pool, fitness equipment, and a variety of yoga, Pilates, and meditation classes. A special pool for Watsu therapy and water dance programs is also on site.

Golfers, meanwhile, will appreciate the easy access to the resort’s two 18-hole golf courses. The Francis H. I’i Brown South Course is set in a rugged a’a lava bed with mountain and ocean views, while the North Course is noted for its rolling terrain and forests of kiawe trees.

The resort is also home to three distinct tennis centers, including the Mauna Lani Racquet Club, a 15-acre complex with five Plexi-pave courts, a 500-seat stadium court, and a fitness center with sauna and steam rooms.

Lastly, there are over 15 acres of Ancient Hawaiian Fishponds and 27 acres of grounds, including numerous petroglyph fields.

Property Amenities

This resort is an exclusive gated community on the grounds of the Mauna Lani Resort, on the Big Island of Hawaii’s upscale Kohala Coast. Hapuna Beach State Park is six miles away and the Kona airport is 20 miles away.

This Hawaii resort consists of 130 villas and townhomes with three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and private lanais that overlook the resort’s gardens and golf courses. All homes feature open-air living rooms; deluxe kitchens in granite and marble; and master bedrooms with walk-in closets in a setting of vaulted ceilings, fine hardwoods, and natural stone and tile.
