Special Check-in Instructions

On arrival at the gate, guests can dial 169 on the key pad to call the reception desk (open 7 AM - 8 PM). Guests arriving after 8 PM can dial 180 on the key pad to call the manager on duty and receive check-in instructions.

Rooms

The villas offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom units located in two-story buildings with exterior access. Overlooking the Waikoloa Resort’s Beach Golf Course, the units have private balconies or patios with teak furnishings. Island-inspired decor includes tropical prints, wood furnishings, and ceiling fans. Kitchens have granite countertops, stoves, dishwashers, full-size refrigerators, microwaves, coffeemakers, dinnerware, and cookware. Each of ResortQuest Waikoloa Colony Villas' units has at least two bathrooms and a washer and dryer.

Smoking is not permitted inside hotel rooms.
