Getting there: Currently guests can take taxis from the airport or travel by pre-arranged airport transfer to the hotel. Rental cars are not recommended for travelers unfamiliar with this area.

Princess Café - Located on the ground floor and open from early morning till late, the café serves snacks, and Thai and continental cuisine, across the day. Seating is suitable for up to 120 guests. The Empress - Offering fine dining with Chinese cuisine, this ground floor restaurant has capacity for 180 guests for lunch and dinner.

Piccolo - A variety of Tuscan-inspired Italian dishes are served in the ground floor restaurant where tables are dressed with linen, with seating for 50 guests, for lunch and dinner.

Mikado - The ground floor Japanese restaurant serves traditional cuisine for lunch and dinner, with specialty dish kabutobi - stewed fish head. Seating is available for up to 100 guests.

Lobby Lounge - Serving light refreshments and cocktails, the lounge also has light entertainment in the evenings. Open from early morning till very late, with a capacity for up to 40 seated guests.

Poolside Garden - Light snacks and drinks are served around the pool from morning till evening.

Princess Bakery - Located on the lobby level and open from early morning till evening, the bakery serves cakes, pastries, open-face sandwiches, and light refreshments.
