Hyatt Summerfield Suites - Pleasanton has 128 guest suites in a three-story building with both interior and exterior corridors, and no elevator. One-bedroom suites all have a separate bedroom with a TV and walk-in closet, plus a living room with a work area, sofa bed, a second TV, VCR, and full kitchen. Kitchens include dishwashers, refrigerators with ice-makers, microwaves, stovetops and conventional ovens, coffeemakers, and cookware. Complimentary high-speed wired and wireless Internet access is available in all suites.

Recreation

The hotel has a heated outdoor pool, spa tub, and a fitness center with a treadmill, free weights, and additional weight machines. There’s also a sports court on site and equipment is available for guest use, including tennis balls, racquets, and basketballs. There is no charge for use of any of these facilities.

There is at least one golf course (Las Positas) within 6 miles of the hotel. This area also has several regional parks, and tennis courts are located within 5 miles of the hotel.

Registered guest must be 21 or older except where state law requires otherwise.
Guest must present a valid credit card in his/her name upon arrival. A sufficient amount of credit must be available to cover all room charges, taxes and incidental charges. Cash payment will be accepted upon check-out, at which time the credit card authorization will be released.

Extra-person charges may apply and vary depending on hotel policy.
Cribs (infant beds) may be available, are complimentary, and should be requested at the time of booking. Rollaway beds are not available.

Fees

Hyatt Summerfield Suites charges the following fees and deposits at either check-in or check-out.

• Cleaning fee: $150 minimum (applied on arrival for rooms with pets)
• Pet fee: $5 per pet, per day

Dining

Hyatt Summerfield Suites - Pleasanton serves a complimentary buffet breakfast each morning.

Aside from offering a complimentary breakfast, the hotel does not have its own restaurant. However, all suites have kitchens and several nearby restaurants will deliver to the hotel. In addition, the hotel offers complimentary social hours on Monday through Thursday evenings, with beer, wine, and snacks.
